Q: How can I contact TCS at the airport?

A: Upon arriving at the airport you will go directly to baggage claim, after this you will be directed into the customs zone (for international flights). Once you have gotten through these two places you will then be directed to the exit. Be very careful to not be distracted by the various booths offering you their services. Our staff will be waiting for you in the authorized area as soon as you walk out the door holding a sign with our company Logo on it.

Q: What happens if my flight gets delayed?

A: We are constantly checking and monitoring all flights and we will be waiting for you upon arrival.

Q: How long does it take to get to:

A:
Downtown Cancun or Hotel zone: depending on traffic and weather, aproximately 35 minutes.
Puerto Juárez & Playa Mujeres: aproximately 45 minutes
Puerto Morelos: 35 minutes
Playa del Carmen: 1 hour
Puerto Aventuras: 1 hour y 15 minutes
Akumal: 1 hour & 30 minutes
Tulum: 1 hour & 45 minutes

Q: Can we make a stop on the way to our hotel?

A: If you need to stop we can do so for a max of ten minutes.

Q: Who should I pay upon arrival? (only for cash customers)

A: You can pay the driver who will be taking you.

Q: For my return trip from the hotel to the airport, what time will my pickup be?

A: When you arrive we will have all the details about your pickup, depending on the location of your hotel and the time your flight departs. Main airlines ask the client to arrive 2 hours before for national flights and 3 hours before for international flights as a minimum.
