The customer recognizes that the company, organizer of these services, is Top Shuttles, S.A DE C.V. who explicity declares that it acts as a intermediary between the customer that bought the package and the entities or persons that provide the services offered such as, transportation companies, hotels, restaurants, other Travel agencies, etc.
Therefore, Top Shuttles, S.A DE C.V. commits to book the specified service the customer requires, according to the availability of it and contract it on the customer`s behalf. If by any forcé beyond control or fortuitous event, the Providers of the contracted services could not provide them partially or totally, Top Shuttles, S.A DE C.V will only arrange the corresponding refund for the customer, excluding any other compromiso or responsibility.
Likewise, Top Shuttles, S.A DE C.V. will not responsible for any consequence derived from the breach of the customer in regards to the regulations, rules or conditions established by each of the Providers of the services contracted. However, when Top Shuttles, S.A DE C.V. be the one to cancel any transfer or excursión of any nature by causes alien to the tourist or by a major forcé or fortuitous event, it will be obliged to refund the customer in full whatever anticipated payments he would have made.
I accept, in agreement with all the terms and conditions, the intinerary enclosed as well as the documentation that in this act is given to me.
Cancelation & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your reservation, send us an email to reservas@topcancunshuttles.com, with your confirmation number and a note where you request the cancelation of the service.
- Cancelation request made with a minimum of 15 days prior the service. A refund will be sent with a maximum of 3 months after receiving the notification.
- Cancelation request made with 14 days and up to 3 days prior the service, will have a 50% of cancelation fee. If payment was made with Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe or Bank transfer, the amount refunded will be made with no more than 3 months after sending the Cancelation request.
- Cancelation request made with 3 days or less before service will NOT BE refunded.
- Services that were requested with a wrong date or wrong information will not be refunded and the dates can be changed up to 24 hours prior the service.
- No refunds can be made or requested if you did not show up for the transfer service o tour activity. No exceptions.
- No refunds can be made or requested if your payment was made using a third party company like OXXO.
- In cases of adverse events caused by natural phenomena, Pandemic, etc. The refund will be made within a period of 3 months, after resuming normal activities
Upon concluding your payment, you authorize Top Shuttles S.A DE C.V to use your credit or debit card information to process the payment of the service requested, linked to the booking number in your voucher. Likewise, you confirm that you agree with the cancellation and change policies of Top Shuttles S.A DE C.V
Note: Bookings requested from or for third parties are responsability of the person requesting the service. Top Shuttles S.A D C.V and/or its affiliated companies, subsidiaries or representatives will not be in any way responsible for problems that may be generated as a result of the breach of the agency or person who has made the reservation under your name.
